I just had a procedure with Dr. Link to day and I have believed in Dr. Link since I was – since I started coming to the dentist and I have had nothing but great experiences here especially today they kept checking on me making sure I was okay, he walked me through it and it was just a great experience

8 years ago I had a deep cleaning done on my teeth and I was 76 years old and that was the first time anyone even mentioned to me anything about deep cleaning and I am glad that it was done because otherwise I would be toothless by now – thank you.

Hi I am Kathy I’ve been coming to Dr. Link’s probably about 20 years I am thinking! I worked nearby and somebody started talking about Dr. Link and they said there is this great dentist so I went and told everybody at the store and then everyone started go into Dr. Link and I have been doing that for at least 20 years and today I have side fillings on my tooth, and I didn’t even need any anesthetic that is how great Dr. Link is. I am just so happy I have always been so afraid of dentists, my mother was afraid of dentists and I never had any problems with Dr. Link and I tell him I am scared, he will talk to me and I calm down and everything will be fine. He is a wonderful dentist and now his son is with him and Drew is wonderful too. So please come and see Dr. Link and you really will be happy with his results – thank you

Having kids go to the dentist is a big deal for parents and just seeing what they think of it and how they go about coming to the dentist is really important. My son started visiting the dentist around 2 where he would just sit in the chair, go down go back up show him the tools and show him the air water syringe and other sort of things he would see in the cleaning but would not get the cleaning quite yet. And then at age 4 got his first cleaning after taking multiple visits to see the dentist and just to hang out and kind of look around. Dr. Link was very patient with that scheduling his appointment and scheduling his cleaning by doing only what he feel my son was comfortable with never pushing him to get the full cleaning if he was not quite ready and he knew too – Dr Link knew that my son was young enough that the cleanings were not quite pressing and if it got to the point where he needed to get the cleanings done he was starting to develop to that age then he would have pushed us to get it done, but he was just patient with my son throughout.

Dr. Link really helps with any dental anxiety and fear that you may have just by enjoying his job a lot of the times he walks through the door and he is laughing in some operatory with some patient in the room and you can just tell that he loves his job and he loves to be here. He genuinely loves people and loves to help people – so when you sit down in that chair even if you are scared or anxious Dr. Link walks in the door and he is so happy yet calm and confident in his work and loves what he is doing and is very passionate about it and immediately that just starts easing any sort of fears that you may have and eventually towards the end of your appointment and spending that time with Dr. Link I think at least for me personally those fears have completely diminished and have been replaced with excitement really.

I feel comfortable here and I know that I am going to be taken care of – people are always very polite and kind to us and especially my son who goes here as well – and is young only at 5 years old even he feels comfortable here and is excited to come see the dentist. I think that speaks a lot to the comfort levels of our family in general in coming here. So Dr. Link is very inviting and friendly – he has a lot of personality he is spunky and energetic and when it comes to chair side he is a gentleman and that plays in to his role as a dentist as well so he is very careful and gentle and how he treats his patients and he is comforting if needed or whatever he senses the patient might need he engages in that way whatever he thinks is most helpful for that patient.

Dr. Link has so far thank fully done minimal work on me I have had a handful of fillings so far and coming to see him, in those small filings what people would consider a very minor procedure was a big deal to me and I get very nervous in the chair and Dr Link blew me away with not only how gentle and easy it was but how quick and efficient it was as well and even post op was very pain free, and that gives me the confidence that if anything was needed to be done on a bigger level and a higher stake I would feel confident with Dr. Link’s work and be able to walk through the doors and get past those fears.

The staff here is a team and they work together as a team and I can speak to that because I worked for Dr. Link for 3 years and I saw a lot of the behind the scenes and they look like a team on the outside to the patients coming in but I can vouch that behind closed doors and behind these walls and even outside of the office they work as a team they come together to do what is best for the patient and they again just like Dr. Link tries to make sure everyone is comfortable and smiles on their faces and they are patient and careful to explain anything that they need to the patient just giving that extra level of comfort.

I have many friends who are looking for dentists already to this point and I am never hesitant to mention Dr. Link because of how confident I am with the dentist and I would immediately just tell them that they are going to be valued, their opinion and themselves as a person and coming to the Dental Link they can be confident that Dr. Link is not only going to do what he feels is best for them but also take in what they want and what they think they need and apply that to what he wants to do for them. Not in a negligent way but in just a valuable appreciative way.

He did the crowns it was because a tooth had cracked, and also had to have a root canal with it and I actually did not feel any pain. I have a tendency it takes a long time for the Novocain to work and they also found the right Novocain which did not make my heart race. He knows that it takes a while for it to work and to numb my mouth, they’ll numb me and wait to do things and then come back. So I really never felt any pain. So if you do have a problem like with the first crown we did it and he tries to test your bite you know to make sure it is right and maybe 2 days later it was bit sore and I called up and they got me right in and they just had to adjust a little bit more.

When I first came to Dr. Link I had anxiety about dentists – it is from my past the way we were treated in our younger years. And he would sit down and he would talk to you and explain what he was going to do and he says if anything hurts I want you to stop me, and we will figure out how to not make it hurt, and after just a few times even getting my teeth cleaned at first was painful until they began controlling my periodontal disease so now I don’t even blink an eye coming to the dentist like oh okay – it is just like coming into see your friends – they are so nice.

Dr. Link comes in with a smile and he has got crazy ties on all the time. He makes you feel at ease and he will talk to you and ask you how your family is and how you are doing and he is always nice and he is always telling his assistant what a great job they are doing and constantly asks if we are okay during our visit.

When I first came to Dr. Link even though I was going to the dentist I had periodontal disease and didn’t know it and so my gums were bleeding and had spaces between them and actually could not eat ice-cream anything cold, and it is like you always had a bad taste like a fussy taste in your mouth and I did not know that, that was not normal. We have worked on it to where my gums no longer bleed and as we went on I can now eat ice-cream and anything cold. My gums don’t bleed and I notice the difference in my breath.

I had silver filings when I came to Dr. Link and they were from when I was a child so eventually they would how should I say – they were old and another infection or decay could start under that so he would start on it and I have read that silver in your mouth could leak into your blood stream and he was like yeah we tend to do the porcelain ones. So as time went on we removed the 4 or 5 that I had as they needed to be removed not beforehand.

Why I like coming her is when I first found them I was petrified of dentists and I just happened to come across when I moved into the neighborhood and I walked into the office and the just treated me very nicely. They were very professional and friendly and I needed to go to a dentist, I had not been to in like 6 months and I was not afraid after my first visit with them. He was always like we will not hurt you if you feel any pain you let us know. So I hated going to the dentist until I met him. I have been coming here probably for over 15 years and I have also recommended several patients to him and they still come here too.

I go to the South County store manly and when I walk in they are like hey Lisa or they will come out and give me a hug and say it is great to see you, how is your husband how is your son and they will be like hey we just saw one of your coworkers today and they’ll say is there anything else we can do for you or anything wrong? And I am like no they just always are very considerate and want to know what is going on with you personally too. They are very professional when it comes to the bills, invoices they are very nice and they explain them to you.

I was born without enamel on my teeth I was born in 1971 so back then they couldn’t do anything which is something I just suffered through. From the time I was a little kid I had cavities and probably 8 or 9 root canals 3 4 or 5 extractions, so after turning 40 I decided I needed to do something and so I chose Dr. Link and we started the full dental upper and lower implants and you start off, you take the teeth out you have to wear dentures, things have to heal so it is a long process it does not happen overnight and when we got to the implant process I had a little bit of trouble I had some bone loss down here that was not for seen and I am sure there are dentists that could have said sorry Mike you are going to have to wear dentures the rest of your life but Dr. Link did not do that – he went so far above and beyond in my opinion to find a solution for me – and the fact that he was able to find a solution for me and allow me to have these implants, for the rest of my life I will be thankful to Dr. Lee – I can never ever thank him enough.

He is always in a good mood, laughing jovial and not to where too jokingly but just upbeat person so the moment you sit down on the chair it puts you at ease, the moment you are getting down to work you are already nervous to begin with because you know you are going to have some pain and that is a part of dental work but he always puts you at ease, makes you feel very comfortable before he even starts, so that helps as far as when you are sitting in the chair and I have had very rigid dentists and they are just going by nothing but the book and the number and they stick the Novocain in and Dr. Link is just such a personal person – always a smile and a light little joke to make you feel comfortable before you even get started.

I have had a lot of dental work done in my life and I have had more than one dentist many dentists doing many things. Dr. Link is first of all one of the nicest people I have ever met. He’s just absolutely wonderful to come into the office, all the girls the whole staff everyone that is connected to him is just a wonderful experience. It is never fun coming to the dentist but for me knowing I was getting implants I look forward to coming to Dr Link’s office – whether it is this one he also has a south county office, but he is really good at what he does – he is patient, he let you makes you feel at ease, and get any questions he will stop and slow down and I have had a lot of dental work, hundreds of hours of dental work and there is nobody that I have had better to work on my mouth than Dr. Link he is just – I can never thank him enough for what he did for me.

Some people come in twice a year if they are lucky. When I was going through his there were times when I was coming in twice a week, so when you come in the girls always have a smile on their face when you have to call in and change an appointment and the staff has been wonderful whether it is helping me out directly or reminding me about something I need to come in for or just helping me out every time when you are in the office they are just nice and wonderful and they make you feel like you almost are part of the family – I am a little, I have been through so much I feel like they are part of my family because I have been here so much. I have had other staff where they are just grumpy and they were just sitting over there whereas they are always cheerful and inviting and hi Mike and not you can go sit over there. always hi Mike say my name – Dr. Link has the ability to hire wonderful staff, not everyone can do that – some people just hire anyone maybe it is a gift he has I don’t know but he always hires, I mean the people in the office have just been tremendous from the top to bottom,

I would recommend him because he is not only in my opinion a superb dentist, but just such a great person. I think Dr. Link just as a regular dentist does a great job but for me I just know I have been around enough people, whether to get your car fixed or dental work there are people that care and you know he is a dentist that is his job to do dental work but what he did for me in my opinion he went so far above and beyond that I don’t think he had to do that for me, and although people don’t change dentist at all it is not one of those things that people are all asking a whole lot about a dentist, but if anyone asks me hey do you know a good dentist? And I am like yes I do!

If you are looking for a family oriented facility or establishment to come to and to be well taken care of and show respect and love I would recommend you to go to dental link because of the expertise and the family organization that they have amongst each other and the warm welcomes. They are very informative and professional about their job.

I have never had any dental anxiety however he did let me know you know with the needle I don’t like needles but he did extremely well. Informed me that there is about to be a minor sting but because he was laughing and joking I did not even notice the stick and after that the procedure went well and he is very proficient in what he does and therefore that helps you to get over any kind of hurdles of your fear because he is confident in what he does so by him being confident in what he does it soothes any kind of fear that you would have about sitting in a chair of what may be going on. So in that case he did his job and he helped me get the fear of the needle to get off of my mind.

Prior to my coming I had a filing that needed to be done which if I drink or eat something that is warm or hot depending on what it is, it agitates my tooth and therefore I needed to have it capped off, so therefore when I eating or drinking I would not feel it. When I came into the office I let him know about it, he looked at it, did an assessment once he did an assessment he did what he needed to do and once he did his assessment and started working on it I have not had any issues with heating and cooling of food temperature when I am eating my food or drinking a beverage. I don’t have any issues.

When I came in it was just a connection immediately everyone took to me I guess because I look like a big teddy bear but actually in reality the professionalism they were very informative about question that I might have had about being here everybody welcomes you it was not that anybody was faking it, when you just get people in and out of here you know no matter what was going on they smiled. Like I said they were very intimate in ensuring different stories and everybody’s smile and I guess the business I had here was wonderful so I love the staff

Dr. Link – I thought he should have been a comedian from the time I sat down I was laughing, so I see when I come that he’s a dentist he never really had to tell me to open up wide because he kept being funny and I just kept smiling as if I was a good friend of his and we are sharing stories and we talk – it is just his charisma it makes you feel comfortable even if you are in pain the whole faculty itself is a representative of Dr. Link so it is a very professional place of business and everybody had warm feeling when they treat you and
